Lowfire connects people with small, faithful missions and makes it easier to stand with them.
We design and lead simple mission trips in partnership with local leaders, handle the logistics, and carry their stories further, so the work on the ground can keep growing.

Why We Exist
Across the world, pastors and missionaries serve quietly with limited time and reach. They don’t need replacing - they need steady friends, extra hands at the right time, and help getting their story in front of the people who would care most.
Lowfire was built to do that work: connect, serve, and amplify without adding a burden.
How a Trip Works
1) Co-design with the host: We start with the mission’s real needs and capacity. Dates, team size, daily rhythm, and a designated gift for the partner are agreed up front.
2) Prepare the team: We handle travel, safety, expectations, and context so teams arrive ready to help and to learn.
3) Live and serve together: Teams work shoulder-to-shoulder with the mission, share meals, practice simple rhythms of reflection, and spend time in wild places that open people up to listen and see.
4) Carry the story home: We create modest, honest storytelling and clear next steps so advocacy and support continue after the trip.
What Makes Us Different
- Mission-first, not program-first. Every decision starts with the host ministry’s health.
- Light-touch leadership. We facilitate the space; local leaders set the tone. No guru, no show.
- Do-no-harm guardrails. Written MOUs, capped team sizes, hosting stipends, and rest days
- Real transparency. Trip materials state exactly what goes to the host, what covers logistics, and what supports the connector engine.
- Storytelling that serves. Photos, words, and short films exist to help the mission - not to center us.

Where We’re Starting
Nicaragua is our first anchor, with additional partners coming online as relationships and capacity allow. Growth will be slow by design—quality over coverage.
A Word from the Founder-I’ve tried to carry more than I should. What finally clicked was simple: the mission should speak for itself. My job is to be a brother and a builder, create structure, ask good questions, keep things clear, and let the work on the ground do the teaching. That’s Lowfire. --Khata
